ServiceNet AG to be renamed Newave Energy AG

Newave Energy Holding SA has announced that ServiceNet AG has been renamed Newave Energy AG. ServiceNet AG was founded in 1996 as a service company in the sector of uninterruptible power supply, and in 2007 became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Newave Group. In order to strengthen the brand and to emphasise the affiliation to the Group, the company profile of the subsidiary, with sites in Neuenhof and Biel, has now been amended.
